As shown in 'What is covered?' 

'Check-ups' and 'Emergencies' are covered immediately from the start date of your policy.

'Treatment' (section 2) will be covered following a 90 day qualification period from the start date of your policy.

Please be advised that for any claim to be considered on the policy we will require Section D of the claim form to be completed,  signed and stamped by the Dentist. Failure to submit this completed section will result in your claim being delayed. In addition, any documentation supplied by you in support of your claim, either with your claim form or during the course of your claim, cannot be returned.
